Bartender

The ideal candidate should have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and possess expertise in preparing a variety of beverages. Well-being programs- Eye test vouchers and contributions towards glasses, various wellbeing activities focused on mental and physical health, life assurance well-being/multi faith room Bartender Key responsibilities: To assist in the creation of the Min Jiang Brand London To be fully conversant with Symphony POS system Contribute to the creation and upkeep of the bar, beverage list To assist with cashiering duties for Bar Maintaining standards and methods of service as per SOP manual To be fully conversant with all bar food menu and wine/beverage lists within department To effectively handle guests complaints and ensure all results are recorded and followed up accordingly. To assist the Restaurant Manager in the general maintenance of the bar To maintain stock levels and complete daily requisitions for bar Who are we?
