The Role We are seeking an experienced Hotel R eceptionist to join our West London team at White City House (W12 7FR) ) . As a Hotel Receptionist, you will be the face of the hotel, going above and beyond to deliver a memorable guest experience, you'll work closely with all departments to ensure a smooth daily operation which includes; checking guest in and out, resolving guest issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner and responding to requests for help and information What we are looking for 1-2 years' experience in a busy hotel reception desk Team player who communicates well with all colleagues Punctual, reliable and trustworthy Sense of urgency Yes, yes, yes mentality Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Have a genuine passion for food and beverage White City House Opening Hours: Mon - Weds - 7am - 1am Thursday - 7am - 2am Friday - 7am - 3am Saturday - 8am - 3am Sunday - 8am - 12am *subject to change Nearest Station (W12 7FR): White City, Wood Lane, Shepherd's Bush, Shepherd's Bush Market AMRT1_UKCT
