Learn more about Triumph on: www.triumph.com www.facebook.com/Triumph/ www.instagram.com/Triumph/ www.linkedin.com/company/triumph-international/ Our Customer Success Department for our office in Segrate (MI) is looking for a Customer Success - Order Management Specialist - French and English Speaker (f/m/d) (100%) Your Responsibilities: Perform excellent & pro-active track of orders and managing processes that is needed for fulfillment stage Ensure policies & procedures such as cancellations, returns, holds (reserved stock) are followed up with all relevant key stakeholders (e.g., CS, Sales, B&M, Finance) Ensure a clean Orderbook/Contract Orderbook which is managed pro-actively, ensure on time call-off’s (contracts), holds management (reserving of stock), follow up with Sales on time to deliver the holds, including tracking and maintenance of orders with the goal to deliver on time and in full according to set priorities Help to resolve credit issues, minimize back orders, manage the remaining to zero through liaising with your counterparts within Finance and Sales Build and maintain an excellent relationship with the national accounts and ensure an active communication flow with the sales account team Support monthly – or bi-monthly account meetings in which performance of the accounts are discussed and actions and priorities to improve our efficiency and effectiveness are defined Independently identify and solve account issues related to product orders, deliveries, credit and returns Perform business analysis as basis for Order Management Operations and future improvement strategies, including a respective follow up of agreed KPIs Monitor data integrity and lead the ongoing validation process (Orderbook, Customer Data etc.) Be the local key contact for Order Management and other projects to train and mentor individuals as new processes are implemented Your ideal profile: At least 1 years of experience in Order Management Bachelor’s Degree You are fluent in English (must have), French (must have) and Italian (must have) Experience in working with data, analyzing figures, and producing reports Good interpersonal and communication skills, showing a customer-centered approach; pleasure to work in a cross-border team and with different cultures Planning and organizational skills, including time management and the ability to prioritize and delegate when appropriate Analytical skills, attention to details and numbers; affinity to act based on analysis Project management skills and knowledge of methodologies is an advantage IT proficiency: Microsoft Office (especially Teams, Excel, Word), experience with SAP (big plus); experience with Salesforce (nice to have) Ability to work under tight deadlines A team player We offer: You will never walk alone As a family owned business with more than 135 years of experience, Triumph embraces diversity throughout our global organization.
