We are looking for an HVAC Projects Manager to deliver customized climate control solutions to clients across various industries. Key responsibilities: Partner with our Sales team to lead HVAC projects from concept to completion. Provide technical support before and after sales to ensure seamless integration. Conduct application analysis, support testing, and collaborate with R&D for improvements. Deliver technical training to customers, OEMs, and consultants. Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams including Product Planning and Marketing. Required qualifications: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related field. 15 years of experience in a technical HVAC role (e.g., R&D, Technical Support, Product Management). Strong understanding of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics in HVAC applications. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HVAC simulation tools. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Problem-solving skills, strong communication, and attention to detail. Willing to travel domestically and occasionally to our HQ in Germany.
