Analysis of processes, procurement organizations, and product groups. Development and implementation of strategies to optimize supply chains and strategic procurement processes, delivering tangible results for clients. Broad range of challenges. Managing diverse customer portfolios and projects across various industries worldwide, including start-ups, retail, consumer goods, energy, automotive, pharmaceutical, and healthcare sectors. Intensive customer consulting. Collaborating closely with clients, leading workshops and negotiations, presenting processes and structures, and quickly gaining industry-specific knowledge to convince and assist customers. Cross-industry development. Contributing to knowledge sharing within the company through participation in competence centers and expanding your expertise in new subject areas. WHAT YOU'LL BRING Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with an above-average grade. Relevant experience in procurement, supply chain management, operations, or consulting. Strong analytical thinking, flexibility regarding mobility, enthusiasm for new tasks, and a performance-driven attitude. Team orientation, fairness, authenticity, and a grounded approach.
