Role Description Grivel is seeking a passionate and hands-on Marketing Director to join the CEO and team to lead and execute brand management and marketing strategies. The successful candidate will embody our values, be entrepreneurial, resourceful, energetic, and a disciplined business leader. They will build and lead a capable team and report directly to the CEO. Responsibilities Identify and implement overall marketing, communication, and digital strategies aligned with Grivel’s growth objectives. Develop and drive marketing initiatives to attract new customers and foster relationships with existing ones. Plan and develop seasonal marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and meet business goals, integrating channels and regions. Manage campaigns from briefing to execution, collaborating with external agencies or internal teams. Lead the development of integrated communication plans across all media touchpoints. Create processes for timely, high-quality marketing delivery, partnering with stakeholders. Leverage consumer insights for effective campaigns and share insights across departments. Manage the marketing budget and control spending based on strategic priorities. Define and track digital marketing effectiveness, reporting regularly and optimizing ROI. Develop and implement marketing campaigns across online and offline channels, including events. Manage social media channels, including content creation and scheduling. Skills & Qualifications Excellent communication skills in English and Italian; proficiency in French is advantageous. Ability to interact effectively at all management levels and work in multicultural environments. Understanding of brand equity and premium positioning. Proven success in innovative marketing and digital campaigns, preferably in high-growth, entrepreneurial environments and consumer brands. At least 7 years of experience, including 3 in leadership roles. Previous P&L ownership and budget management experience. Punctual, driven, and self-motivated. Additional Information The ideal candidate would be based in Milan or Aosta Valley. This is a full-time position, with an ASAP start date. J-18808-Ljbffr
