Additional Information About the Position for Qualified Candidates $1.00 Certification pay $1.00 BSN pay Career Ladder Bonus eligible up to $5,000.00 Job Summary A registered nurse who collaborates with the Educational Services Department in the development and coordination of educational programs and projects for the Department of Surgical Services Job Requirements Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Experience Required: 3-5 years surgery nursing experience Preferred: Previous Clinical Education experience Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Demonstrate effective leadership abilities Exhibits valuable time management skills Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment Licensure/Certification/Registration Required: Current RN license active in the state of Missouri BLS must be obtained within 90 days and maintained throughout employment Preferred: CNOR certification
