Primary care, outpatient only Team currently consists of 6 Med-Peds Physicians and 7 APPs New facility (completed in May 2024) Benefits include malpractice and health insurance Residents, new grads, and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply Compensation: Compensation for new physicians is a guaranteed salary of around $200,000 to $215,000 based on fit. There are no production/volume incentives to start. After several years and upon establishing a firm patient base, the compensation structure will shift to production based on collections.
