Responsibilities: Administer assessments to evaluate students skill levels, progress, and achievements. Develop and implement strategies to facilitate effective learning. Actively schedule and participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with educational staff and parents. Create, revise, and maintain Individual Education Programs (IEPs) for students. Complete Direct Service Billing and Medicaid Reimbursement forms as required. Conduct initial evaluations and re-evaluations for articulation, voice, fluency, and language. Write and submit evaluation summary reports to document findings and recommendations. Coordinate schedules for students regarding direct and consultation services as outlined in IEPs. Qualifications: Valid Arizona Speech Language Pathologist License. IVP Fingerprint Card for cleared background checks. CCC-SLP certification preferred. Experience working in school settings is an asset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to consult effectively with parents and staff.
