We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Graduate Site Engineer to join a well-established ground engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take your first step into the geo-environmental sector, working on real projects that make a difference. You'll receive structured support and on-the-job training while developing core engineering skills through site investigations, contract management, technical reporting, and health & safety procedures. You'll be mentored by experienced engineers and collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality delivery of geotechnical and environmental services. What you'll do Assist in organising and delivering ground investigation projects. Help ensure works are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Maintain effective communication between the site and office teams. Support contract delivery and performance monitoring. Contribute to project planning, logistics, and quality control. Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. What we're looking for A BSc (or MSc) in an Earth Sciences, Geology, Environmental Science or related subject. A genuine interest in fieldwork and a willingness to travel to sites across the UK. A proactive, hands-on attitude with attention to detail. Strong communication and organisational skills.
