Leasing Agent

One of our buildings in Saint-Constant is currently seeking a leasing agent. Are you a sales expert? Are you proactive and have innovative sales marketing ideas? We have the opportunity for you! POSITION DESCRIPTION: Create spontaneous content and answer questions from prospects on social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram) Carry out business development and develop new marketing strategies with management approval Follow up on prospects and complete the necessary leasing documents Meet potential clients Conduct visits and negotiate lease agreements based on established policies, service offerings, and promotions, in conjunction with the building manager Draft various letters or documents and perform any other clerical tasks Respond to current clients regarding pricing and lease agreement clauses Issue lease activity reports and process renewal requests, as needed ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Error: A1 EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset Ease in the use of computer tools A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset) A good working knowledge of sales techniques Good team player Know Symo software (an advantage) BENEFITS: To be discussed Rental bonuses Cellular provided Travel expenses may apply Corporate discounts Yearly salary to be discussed.
