STORE MANAGER

GROCERY STORE MANAGER 1x Burgersfort 1x Nelspruit area. (Example: Spar, Checkers, Shoprite, Pick n Pay etc.) Salary negotiable dependent on experience and qualifications Management duties including, but not limited to: Staff management Stock management Driving sales and ensuring theft levels are kept to a minimum Customer service Store standards and housekeeping Enforcing company policies and procedures Risk Management and the Occupational Health and Safely Act Achieving: Turnover and budget Targeted expense savings Requirements: Grade 12 or higher FMCG retail experience a must At least 3 years’ store management experience A solid retail background A sound knowledge of retail practices, and a specific understanding of the SA legislative and financial aspects of a retail business Relevant IT and systems knowledge A Sales / Marketing Management qualification would be an advantage
