Paving Supervisor

About the role We are looking for a skilled Paving Supervisor to oversee our maintenance operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for fault finding, torch cutting, welding, grinding, and showcasing paving or brick expertise. Your day-to-day tasks will include coordinating with the Manager, leading a team of technicians, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Matric / Grade 12 or N3 Experience in Electrical, Welding and grinding Own vehicle and transport Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities Train and mentor staff Quality control Ensure compliance with safety regulations Inspect work progress and quality Manage project timelines and budgets
