Key Responsibilities: Support the Brand Manager in developing and executing marketing plans. Analyze and track brand performance through monthly Sell-In & Sell-Out reports and Nielsen SOM reports , identifying key trends and opportunities. Manage payments to suppliers (SAP PO creation and invoice follow-up). Coordinate agency briefs for monthly activities and communication plans. Maintain ongoing communication with the PR agency on events, influencer marketing, and activations. Provide weekly briefs to the design team for marketing materials. Assist in new product launches and 360° execution planning . Support social media ad campaigns (Meta & TikTok). Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or Advertising. Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing roles Languages: Intermediate English. Specific Skills: Business Skills: Intermediate-Advanced Level of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, Match, Index functions, and macros). Nielsen or similar & SAP Interpersonal Skills: Strong analytical mindset —ability to work with data, generate insights, and recommend strategic actions. Problem-solving expertise to navigate challenges and optimize marketing efforts. Project management and ability to multitask effectively. Passion for beauty and cosmetics .
