Electrical Engineering Intern

As part of our expansion, Skipper NDT is seeking an Electronics Engineer Intern who can lead the full development cycle of electronic circuits: from design and assembly to mechanical integration and unit testing . Responsibilities You will be involved in: Proof of concept and prototyping of a new single-phase inverter architecture adapted to the needs of our field operators. Design of power and IoT electronic boards. In collaboration with the mechanical team, mechanical and thermal integration of the system to meet weight, robustness, and waterproofing requirements. Embedded code development in C or Rust, along with PC test scripting in Python. EMC validation and CE certification. You will work closely with other engineers (signal processing, software, field operations, etc.). Your Profile Engineering student with a background in electronics, familiar with power and analog systems Last year of your Master’s degree (Bac5) in Electronics / Embedded Systems ️ Required Technical Skills Final year student at a top engineering school (or master’s program with internships in electronics). Proficient in at least one electronic design software: KiCad, Altium, Proteus, etc. Solid knowledge in power and analog electronics: H-bridge, microcontrollers, field buses, SiC FET/MOSFET, passive filtering, etc. Proficient in written and spoken English: documentation, communication with international suppliers. General understanding of magnetism (from preparatory classes or equivalent). Fluent in English and French , including technical datasheets
