Description: Hire Resolve's Client is currently looking for an experienced Workshop Foreman to join their mining company based in the Northern Cape. Responsibilities: Communicate daily with supervisors to align on work priorities and operational needs. Perform routine tool inspections monthly and ensure service activities are carried out according to the planned maintenance schedule. Organize and coordinate daily service tasks, ensuring the availability of necessary tools and support equipment to complete work efficiently. Verify and sign off service records daily, especially for completed repairs or maintenance tasks. Monitor and maintain accurate tyre pressures and manage the use and condition of support equipment. Keep maintenance records and equipment history logs up to date on a daily basis. Requirements: Grade 12 Valid Trade Test Certificate National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/N6 Certificate in Mechanical Engineering 8 years' experience as an artisan with minimum 3 years' experience as a Foreman.
