Supervisor, Manufacturing

Supervise employees across manufacturing areas to ensure smooth and continuous operations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise employees and manufacturing activities related to product production and processes, with technical knowledge of one or more production areas. Conduct performance reviews and address performance issues. Oversee scheduling of work orders and monitor team performance metrics. Ensure staff are properly trained for their roles. Maintain accountability for staff productivity, quality, and training metrics; report progress and manufacturing metrics to management and stakeholders. Ensure appropriate staffing levels for all positions. Participate in improvement projects, collaborate with engineering on investigations and corrective actions, and review non-conformance reports with engineering. Perform other incidental duties. Education and Experience: Diploma with 5 years of relevant experience, including internship or substantial technical knowledge in manufacturing or quality. Experience working with multicultural teams and in the medical device industry. Additional Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems like JDE. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong collaboration abilities. Understanding of manufacturing procedures and ability to supervise teams. Analytical skills for optimizing line layouts. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Leadership skills, including coaching, feedback, and employee relations. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. Ability to promote teamwork and adhere to safety and environmental protocols. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:15 PM. Transport provided at designated pick-up points. Fresh graduates are welcome. J-18808-Ljbffr
