Talent Acquisition Partner (West)

We are partnering with a fast-growing client to hire a hands-on and strategic Talent Acquisition Partner. Based in Singapore, this role will lead end-to-end recruitment across ASEAN, manage a local team, and drive employer branding and campus initiatives in line with global and regional HR strategies. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment for permanent, contract, and intern roles across technical and corporate functions. Supervise the Singapore-based TA team to ensure timely and quality hires. Build talent pipelines and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates. Manage recruitment data, analytics, and reporting. Drive employer branding and campus recruitment efforts, including career fairs, student talks, and events. Execute talent attraction and branding strategies in line with global and regional plans. Requirements: Strong experience in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment and event coordination. Prior team leadership experience is a plus. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
