Position Overview We are seeking a Digital Payment Specialist to join our Digital & Betting Department within a Group Company. Main Responsibilities Coordinate qualitative and quantitative reporting for the Payments area. Monitor analysis related to the costs of payment instruments. Coordinate budget/forecast activities and monitor deviations. Develop intervention plans for performance deviations of key KPIs related to payment systems (acceptance, volumes, average transaction size, etc.). Requirements Degree in Business Economics or related field. Experience in Data Analysis. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Effective communication skills with the ability to create presentations in PowerPoint. Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, DAX language). Excellent command of English. Knowledge of main payment methods (Credit Cards, eWallets, etc.) and their functioning. Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills. Time management and process optimization skills. Ability to coordinate a team and interact with internal and external stakeholders. Strong communication skills tailored to different seniority levels. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in the gaming sector. Experience in banking or with payment providers. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience, with a hybrid work model.
