In this prospect, we are seeking an Intern to assist our treasury group of Finance department. Your main responsibilities will be : Post-loan management Loan covenant checklist/calendar Loan covenant compliance management and report Post-loan KYC management Bank relationship cultivation Mitigation for any defaults Cash upstream planning and follow-up Capital/Equity Management Capital structure management intercompany loan management Financing Plan New Company or Project financing/Refinancing Support new business Support IPO and strategic investor introduction New project acquisition/take-over support FX Risk management Derivative management and reporting FX risk management Liquidity management Review and validate payments Q&A with employees and SSC Liquidity management cash planning Fund transfer Daily payment Review and validate payments Q&A with employees and SSC Bank accounts Bank accounts information integration Reporting Debt reporting Monthly treasury report Group reports Others Adhoc tasks Profile: Interpersonal skills : Team spirit-oriented, positive attitude and willing to learn Open-minded, with interest in working in multicultural environment Good communication skills Technical skills: Bachlor’s degree specialized in Finance, Accounting or similar Fluent in English and French (Chinese is a plus). Familiar with Office system and SAP Previous relevant experience is an advantage
