Digital Marketing Executive (A&P)

About the Company: Our client is a trusted retail brand focused on learning, books, and lifestyle products, growing across physical and digital channels. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will plan and execute integrated campaigns across retail, digital, and social media platforms. This role involves coordinating in-store and online activations, managing campaign assets and timelines, and analysing performance to drive engagement and sales growth within a dynamic marketing team. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute A&P campaigns across retail stores, websites, and digital channels. Work with internal teams (creative, merchandising, operations) to ensure smooth campaign execution. Manage production of marketing collaterals and campaign timelines. Support digital marketing initiatives such as social media content, email campaigns, and display ads. Monitor and analyse campaign performance and prepare post-mortem reports. Assist in budget planning, procurement, and cost tracking. Coordinate seasonal promotions, product launches, and flash sales with the e-Commerce team. Update website content to ensure relevance and accuracy of promotions. Research and apply market trends and consumer insights to optimize campaigns. Support any additional duties as assigned by the manager. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in A&P, digital marketing, or retail marketing. Knowledge of digital platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok); Meta Ads experience is a plus.
