HR Executive/ Executive Assistant (1-3 years)

Responsibilities Play the role of an HR Executive (HR-Ops/ Hiring etc as and when required) Play the role of an EA to the founder (Admin, Personal branding, Events etc) Coordination with other teams for ensuring high discipline and performance of teams Preparing MIS reports to the top management Requirement Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent at technology adoption and learning Ability to maintain a very high level of confidentiality Ability to lead by example - both in terms of discipline and hard work Thrive in an intense, do-it-yourself, start-up environment.
