Critical Illness Claims Case Manager - Salary circa £27.000 This is a great job for someone with proven experience in Critical Illness claims who is ready to take on a new challenge and help manage the growing demand we have. A bit about the job: Our team assesses Group Critical Illness claims. Your journey starts by taking an initial call, gathering key information, offering support for any vulnerable needs our members may have, enrolling the claim onto the system, and making a decision based on the medical evidence obtained. This role exists to ensure our members receive the support they need during critical times, adding significant value to Aviva by maintaining our high standards of customer care. You will be joining a dedicated team that works collaboratively to simplify the claims journey and ensure the best outcomes for our customers. Skills and experience were looking for: Experience with Critical Illness products, either Group or Individual, preferably in a claim assessment role with the ability to analyse medical evidence and interpret relevant points. Experience in managing relationships with customers or suppliers. Excellent telephony capability to confidently explain reasoning behind decisions and negotiate with customers. Good planning, negotiation, and organisational/time management skills. Adaptability, resilience, and a desire for continuous personal development.
