We are seeking talented, motivated, and tech-savvy M&A Analyst / Junior Associate with 1 to 5 years of experience to join our diverse team in Paris at our office overlooking the Opera. Your Role: As an M&A Analyst / Junior Associate at Matin Partners, you will: 1. Contribute to Deal Crafting: - Generate and manage outbound deal flow. - Develop qualitative, thorough, and compelling teasers. - Assist in the creation of comprehensive investment memos. - Participate in detailed financial analysis. - Support the development of post-merger strategies. - Manage and facilitate data rooms. 2. Help Matin Become a European Business Leader in Cybersecurity & AI: - Conduct in-depth sector and technological research on the Cybersecurity & AI markets. - Continuously monitor and analyze market trends. - Engage with the tech community by participating in industry events. Your Profile: We are looking for candidates with 1 to 5 years of experience (including internships) in M&A, Transaction Services or Strategic Consulting who: - Are Financially Savvy: You have a strong grasp of financial concepts and can easily make sense of any balance sheet. - Are Technologically Curious: You have a deep interest in new technologies, start-ups, and the evolving tech landscape. Especially Cyber and AI. You already have used AI to enhance your work capacity. - Are Strong in Strategic Analysis: You understand market dynamics and the current market transformations linked to technology. - Value Diversity and Inclusion: You bring a unique perspective to the table and thrive in a diverse, inclusive environment.
