Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Data entry of appropriate customs duties and taxes to daily, weekly and monthly reports. Prepare and submit customs documentation electronically using the PRMS system and Shared point. Maintain accurate records of all imports and exports. Make sure all data packages for customer recovery are up to date and available for SCM, Sales, Finance and Top Management team. Stay up-to-date on changes in customs regulations and procedures. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: Active students of 6th-8to semesters of Business Administration, International Trade/Commerce, Industrial Engineering. Good communications, analytical and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated for learning and self-development and continuous improvement. Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point. Knowledge of HTS Codes, US Customs, USMCA / NAFTA basic rules Logistics and Power BI. Location: Parque Stiva Barragán - San Nicolás de los Garza, Nuevo León (a 5 minutos de Cd. Universitaria) .
