Job Description
Talent Acquisition Coordination Associate Key Responsibilities: Execute actions that could lead to a great candidate experience by providing logistical and administrative support to the recruitment process across functions and geographies (NAM/LAM). Support Recruitment Specialists in recruitment activities where relevant. Manage interviewing/assessments calendar and coordinate between candidate, HR, and hiring manager. Initiate background checks and pre-boarding due diligence activities. Create and store hiring documentation and update data of the new employee in relevant systems (e.g. Workday and ServiceNow HR). Liaise with third-party providers as relevant and other functions outside of HR. Execute actions that could lead to a high degree of key stakeholder satisfaction. Skills/Competencies: Superior customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage shifting priorities Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office Products Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Preferred Experience: 1 year of Recruitment or recent graduated with a lot of good communication and initiative Candidate-centric mindset Structured work approach and a focus on delivering results Excellent communication skills, ability to navigate complex stakeholder matrix and foster long-term relationships with internal teams, clients, and candidates Proficient in English (Mandatory) Knowledge of Workday and/or Service Now will be (desired)
