Intern – Strength & Conditioning Coach
Job Location
Hurricane, UT, United States
Job Description
While applications are welcome from all qualified candidates, we are particularly interested in interns based in Utah or the Las Vegas area due to proximity to campus and the potential for easier integration into the program.
This is an unpaid or stipend-based internship, with housing and meals potentially included for qualified candidates. At the end of the internship, there may be an opportunity for employment with the program, based on performance and organizational needs.
This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience working with high-performing high school athletes. Reporting to the Head of Strength & Conditioning, the intern will play a key role in supporting daily strength and performance training for basketball and other athletic programs. Responsibilities include assisting in program design and execution, facilitating warm-ups and weight room sessions, leading conditioning drills, tracking athlete performance metrics, and maintaining a safe and organized training environment. The intern will also observe and communicate with staff to report on athlete progress and support injury-prevention efforts.
