Influencer Marketing Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate with 1–3 years of experience to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about building brand awareness and driving engagement across digital and offline channels. Key Responsibilities: ● Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, influencer database, Flamcast guest reach-outs and events). ● Coordinate within the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets. ● Manage and monitor social media platforms and help plan content calendars. ● Track campaign performance using tools like SM analytics, Meta Ads ● Proficiency in video making ● Help organize events, and promotional activities. ● Maintain and update marketing databases of agencies ● Create and analyze marketing reports Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. ● 1–3 years of hands-on marketing experience (preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment). ● Strong written and verbal communication skills. ● Familiarity with marketing platforms like Canva, etc. ● Experience in on-boarding influencers and reach-outs ● Basic knowledge of content marketing, and analytics. ● Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, or project management tools like Trello or Asana. ● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work with cross-functional teams.
