Social network you want to login/join with: Our Designia Program is a 9-month sales-oriented program through which you will learn about our Business, combining formal training sessions (hard and soft skills), on-the-job training, and development initiatives. You will have the opportunity to interact with sales managers in an international environment, rotating through different assignments. The program is guided by Country Managers / Regional Directors and sponsored by two sales executives. Recent graduates in Architecture & Design. Other degrees will be valued if the candidate shows strong interest and some experience selling high-design products and/or upscale services. Clear interest in developing a sales & business professional career. Open to mobility around EMEA and NA. Solid communication skills, curiosity to learn, team spirit, commitment, and energy to lead projects. Fluent in English. Proficiency in any other European language is a plus. No formal work experience is required, but any experience in Sales & Customer Service will be valued. What is the purpose of the program? The Designia Program aims to identify, coach, and develop Architects and Designers (others could be considered). When does the program start? The program will commence in October 2025 and conclude in June 2026. How is the program structured? The first two weeks will be in our headquarters in Almería, involving classroom training. Afterward, participants will begin on-the-job training at their locations. You will also participate in online training sessions throughout the program. During the program, you will work on a specific project that must be presented and defended before Senior Leadership. What happens at the end of the program?
