Sales and Marketing Executive

We’re looking for a dynamic and versatile Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing team at Seclude. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable generating leads, meeting clients, and crafting engaging marketing campaigns etc. If you’re curious, creative, people-savvy, and ready to grow in a fast-paced hospitality brand that values initiative and innovation—this role is for you! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Communicate confidently and fluently through phone calls, emails, and respond to inquiries in both English and Hindi, collaborating effectively with diverse clients. Identify lead generation opportunities and achieve sales target Apply knowledge of OTAs and digital marketing as and when requirement arises Travel locally to meet customers, corporates, travel agents, showcase the Seclude experience, and represent our brand professionally. Brainstorm for marketing campaigns and execute targeted outreach to boost brand visibility and generate business leads. Handle multiple tasks like managing client follow-ups, coordinating with internal teams, and meeting deadlines. QUALIFICATIONS AND ELIGIBILITY- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales and Marketing, or a similar role. Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi. Should possess knowledge of social media marketing, digital marketing, basic SEO, and hospitality trends. Creative mindset with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, Canva and similar tools. Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, or similar platforms is a plus but not mandatory. Willingness to travel locally and work across different responsibilities as needed.
