Job Description: LWYD Interactive is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Senior Motion Graphic Designer to join our design team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end video production process—from concept development to final delivery. You will bring stories to life through compelling motion graphics, color grading, and high-quality video editing that aligns with our clients' brand visions. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualise and execute video editing projects, including assembling raw footage, adding music, sound effects, and voice overs. Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for various platforms. Perform video color grading to enhance visual storytelling and meet aesthetic standards. Design and manage graphics assets to ensure brand consistency. Develop storyboards and visual concepts that align with project goals. Manage project timelines and workflows to ensure timely delivery. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications: 3- 5 years experience working on national brands. Excellent proficiency in Video Editing. Experience in Video Color Grading and Motion Graphics. Experience in Graphics and Animation Design. Strong creative vision and a keen eye for detail. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure. Experience in working with advertising agencies is a plus. Portfolio showcasing professional video editing projects. Ability to produce high-quality video content within given timelines
