Marketing and social media intern

Inkognito Bombay is a sustainable start up brand that customises apparel by hand painting on them. We are looking for passionate and results-oriented marketing manager to join our growing team who has a creative eye for detail. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, audience engagement and ultimately sales. You need to have a basic knowledge of the fashion industry. Responsibilities • Marketing strategy and growth: Define a marketing plan for business growth by doing market research to identify trends, customer preferences and competitive analysis for business growth. • Content creation and photography: Develop compelling content for social media platforms that aligns with brand identity and resonates with our niche. This includes crafting captions, stories, reels and other content formats to maximise reach and brand impact. Need to have prior experience in shooting video content and photography skills (phone/camera). • Brand management: Overall brand management that includes market research and analytics, content strategy, enhancing brand image, interacting with clients online/offline, event management, collaborations. • Video and Graphic editing: Visual storytelling is very important for the brand. You need to be able to create graphics and edit videos on apps such as VN, Canva, Procreate/Photoshop. • Influencer outreach and collaborations: Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant influencers and other brands whose style and demographic aligns with our brand. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing/ business administration/ communications or equivalent experience 1 years experience in social media marketing Strong photography and video skills for social media content creation Verbal, written, and organisational skills Proficiency in Canva, VN, Photoshop/Procreate In depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and their advertising functionalities Strong analytical skills to interpret social media data to inform strategic decision making Benefits • Flexible working hours and hybrid work format is negotiable • Fun working environment which is organised and chaos free • Be part of a creative startup brand with room for growth Interested candidates can email their resume and portfolio at inkognitobombay@gmail.com Please note: The job is on-site in Navi Mumbai.
