Job Title: Social Media Manager Experience – 7years Salary – 40k to 70k Location: Noida Working Days – 6 days Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Social Media Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a deep understanding of social media trends, audience behavior, and content strategy. You will be responsible for building brand awareness, growing engagement, and driving business objectives through social media. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals. • Manage day-to-day activities on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube. • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, stories, and reels). • Monitor and analyse performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategy as needed. • Collaborate with content creators, designers, videographers, and marketing team members to produce high-quality content. • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner. • Stay current with social media trends, algorithm updates, and platform innovations. • Run and optimize paid social media campaigns. • Conduct competitor and audience research to identify growth opportunities. • Prepare monthly reports and present insights and recommendations to leadership. Requirements: • 7 years of proven experience in social media management or a related role. • Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and their best practices. • Excellent copywriting, visual storytelling, and communication skills. • Proficiency with social media tools (e.g., Hoot suite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Meta Business Suite). • Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, native platform insights). • Creative mind-set with a strategic approach. • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred. Preferred Skills: • Experience with influencer marketing and community management • Experience running paid ad campaigns on Meta, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
