About the Role We’re looking for a MERN Stack Developer with strong backend development experience in Node.js and TypeScript . You should be confident working with modern backend architectures and databases, and able to collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable product features. This role is ideal for engineers from Tier I colleges with 2–3 years of experience in fast-paced, product-based environments. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js with TypeScript Build and manage robust REST APIs and internal microservices Design scalable database models using MongoDB and MySQL/PostgreSQL Collaborate with frontend developers (React.js) and product teams to ship features Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews Integrate third-party APIs and authentication systems (OAuth, JWT) Participate in technical discussions, sprint planning, and architecture reviews Must-Have Skills 2–3 years of experience with Node.js and TypeScript in production Strong understanding of Express.js , MongoDB , and SQL databases Familiarity with React.js or equivalent for frontend collaboration Proficient with Git, Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI Bachelor’s degree from IITs, BITS Pilani, NITs, IIITs, or equivalent Tier I institutes Preferred Skills Experience with Redis, GraphQL, Socket.io Exposure to Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or AWS/GCP Familiarity with microservices or serverless architecture Agile/Scrum development experience What We Offer Competitive salary and performance-based growth A learning-driven, collaborative engineering culture Real ownership and impact from Day 1
