Paid Social Manager - London Location: London (Hybrid) Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 Perks Type: Full-Time We’re on the hunt for a Paid Social Manager who lives and breathes social media ads. If you can craft scroll-stopping campaigns and know the difference between a boosted post and a full-funnel strategy, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do: Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. Use audience insights and targeting like a pro to get the right eyes on our ads. Write snappy, on-brand ad copy that grabs attention and drives action. Test and optimise creatives, formats, and placements to boost performance. Keep track of campaign metrics like CTR, CPA, and ROAS—and actually enjoy it. Prepare clear, actionable reports for the team. Collaborate with the content and design teams to keep ads fresh and effective. What We’re Looking For: 2 years of experience in paid social media management—agency or in-house. Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms. A creative mindset paired with a love for data and analytics. Strong copywriting skills and a good eye for visuals. Experience with tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar is a plus. A finger on the pulse of social media trends.
