Job Description
Position : Customer Success Manager/Engagement Manager Location : Mumbai Key Responsibilities: Partner with our customers on a day to day basis to ensure their success Engage with customers managers to actively identify and develop opportunities Facilitate discussions between customers and Zemoso teams to explore opportunities Hold joint responsibility for growth and expansion of customer accounts Travel or relocate for short durations to client locations as needed Requirements: MBA or equivalent from Tier 1 and Tier 2 colleges 5 years experience in customer facing roles like Customer Success, Customer Engagement, Sales etc for mid sized IT Services companies Ability to proactively strike up engaging conversations with mid to top level IT managers, executives and business managers of multi national companies Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions Experience with different sales strategies and sales playbooks Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively If new ideas challenge you, then this is the perfect opportunity for you to pursue.
