We specialize in permanent placements across a wide range of IT domains and industry verticals. Key Responsibilities 1. Talent Sourcing Identify and attract top candidates through diverse channels such as job portals, social media, and networking events. 2. Screening & Shortlisting Evaluate candidate profiles through resume reviews and preliminary interviews to assess suitability for client roles. 3. Interview Coordination Manage the end-to-end interview process, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience. 4. Candidate Engagement Develop and nurture strong relationships with candidates, maintaining ongoing communication to keep them informed and engaged. 5. Database Management Maintain detailed and organized records of candidate data and recruitment activities within the applicant tracking system. 6. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with hiring managers and client points of contact to understand requirements and deliver pre-qualified, high-quality talent. 7. Market Intelligence Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and recruitment best practices to continuously improve sourcing strategies. Requirements 4-6 years of experience in recruitment within agency or consulting environments (mandatory) 1–2 years of experience managing roles with IT Service based organizations (Big 4s) Proven expertise in sourcing and hiring IT/technical professionals Strong communication skills and a confident, professional demeanor Experience in leading or mentoring a team Currently based in Bangalore MBA preferred Note: Applications without prior agency/consulting experience will not be considered, Please DO NOT APPLY .
