Educational Counselor

ISA Georgia is seeking a dedicated and smart Education Counsellor to guide and support Indian students, especially from Kerala, for admissions to top government universities in Georgia. This is a full-time, on-site role for an Education Counsellor based in Kochi, Kerala. The role involves providing educational consulting, student counselling, career guidance, and managing the complete admission journey from inquiry to enrollment. Key Responsibilities: Handle student inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins Explain the study abroad process, including eligibility, visa guidance, and university fee structure Convert leads into confirmed admissions through consistent follow-up Coordinate with students, parents, and university admissions offices Maintain CRM records and provide timely reports Qualifications: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in educational consulting or student counselling Strong interpersonal and communication skills (fluency in Malayalam and English/Hindi preferred) Familiarity with overseas admission procedures and student visa requirements Graduate degree in Counseling, Education, or a related field Prior experience with CRM tools and structured reporting is a plus Perks: Professional training and onboarding support Incentives and bonuses for every successful admission Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing international education agency Work exposure to international partner universities and student recruitment
