Customer Relations Officer

Location: Surat Diamond Bourse, Khajod – Surat, Gujarat Company: Leading Lab-Grown Diamond & Jewellery Manufacturer Job Type: Full-Time Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on skills & experience) Experience: 0–5 years (Freshers can apply too) Job Summary: We are looking for a smart, English-fluent Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) to manage telesales and support for our lab-grown diamond and jewellery division at Surat Diamond Bourse . Ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries. Provide product details, explain offers, and convert leads into sales. Maintain lead data and customer records in CRM. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and after-sales support. Build strong client relationships and follow up on queries. Support promotional campaigns and provide timely responses. Candidate Requirements: Education: Graduate in any discipline Experience: 0–5 years in telesales/customer support (Jewellery/Luxury industry preferred) Language: Must be fluent in English (spoken & written) Skills: Strong communication & soft skills Basic Excel and CRM familiarity Customer-oriented and self-driven attitude Benefits: Competitive salary (₹20K–₹40K based on experience) Sales incentives and performance bonuses Product training and skill development Work in a professional and modern jewellery showroom environment
