Role Description We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Marketing Executive to support our college outreach and engagement efforts for training programs, internships, and student development services. This role involves direct interaction with colleges, coordination with placement teams, and preparation of marketing materials in collaboration with the design team. Key Responsibilities: Visit colleges to promote training programs, internships, and campus initiatives. Coordinate with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) and other college representatives to establish and maintain partnerships. Organize and support on-campus awareness sessions, workshops, and promotional events. Collaborate with designers and prepare marketing and event materials including brochures, flyers, and presentations. Maintain outreach records, lead tracking, and follow-up communication with institutions. Work towards outreach and conversion targets set for each cycle. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in education, field marketing, or student outreach. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to travel frequently and independently manage on-ground interactions. Goal-oriented with the ability to work under defined targets. Prior experience in the education or training sector is preferred. Experience with tools like Canva is a plus. Compensation: CTC includes a fixed salary and a performance-based bonus based on outreach and conversion metrics.
