JD Area Sales Officer Looking for self driven, motivated and result oriented ASO for a Hyderabad based leading beverages company, NYSA Consumer Products Private Limited. The product line of the company includes Oxygem Packaged Drinking Water and Oxyclub Soda. Primary Job Responsibilities of an Area Sales Officer would include: He is responsible in the assigned Area for. Recruiting suitable Sales Officers for various territories in his region. Should impart training and development & motivate the team. Ensure implementation of all short- and long-term Sales strategies from time to time. Appoint suitable, sound and reputed distributors in various assigned territories Working closely with Distributors, SOs in establishing, maintaining and expanding the loyal customer base. Servicing the needs of your existing customers. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market the products. Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole. Overseeing sales operations, meeting targets and managing the sales team Required: The candidate should have minimum 8-10 years of experience in FMCG Sales in the respective territories. Should have sound knowledge of assigned territories/ state, good contacts with distributors and stakeholders, understanding of the market behaviour of the FMCG products. Skills: The candidate will take complete ownership and responsibilities of the duties and responsibilities and should show results with minimum interference. Should be a team leader and should be able to motivate and train his subordinates. Should be a quick learner and a zeal to hone new skills. He should be well conversant with Local Language and English. Sound computer skills, graphical, numerical and tabular presentations and good presentation skills Should be ready to travel across cities and states. Should possess a vehicle and a smartphone. Should be a Graduate/ Post-Graduate with passion for sales. Suitable candidates may be placed in Hyderabad City & Up-Country. Salary and daily allowance as per industry norms and will not be a constraint for the right candidates.
