We're Hiring: HR & Admin – Operations Location: Pune Type: Full-Time (Fresher or 0–1 Year Experience) Joining: Immediate preferred Are you a detail-oriented and people-friendly individual looking to start your career in HR & Admin operations? We are seeking a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to support our day-to-day operations and internal coordination. ✅ Key Responsibilities: HR Operations Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, scheduling interviews Handle onboarding and exit formalities Maintain and update employee data, records, and documentation Support in policy implementation and HR documentation Draft HR letters, memos, and internal communication Track attendance, leaves, and coordinate with payroll Administrative Support Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, etc. Maintain office infrastructure and ensure smooth day-to-day operations Organize internal meetings, training, and employee engagement activities Assist with compliance-related documentation (if required) Act as a bridge between internal teams and external partners Who Can Apply?
