Assistant Site Manager

We have two excellent opportunities for Assistant Site Managers to join our site teams based in either Storrington or Ringmer, Surrey. Both developments compromise of timber frame traditional build houses. Your daily activities will include supporting in the day-to-day operation of the development as well as meeting Company objectives for safety, quality, production, cost and presentation. Working closely with the site team, assisting with their organisation, including contractors and sub-contractors and inducting all operatives and visitors Organisation of day-to-day site running’s, both in construction and operation Understand and implement Health & Safety and Environmental regulations. Maintain company quality and standards in accordance with NHBC and building regulations Management of materials, aligning these with the development and budgets Attend regular site meetings, and conducting regular site inspections With continual growth and plenty of ongoing and upcoming residential developments, we can offer future prospects and progression along with the opportunity to bring your unique skills to contribute to our award-winning standards.
