Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging, hands-on bricklaying sessions to a range of learners. Keep up to date with industry standards, tools, and practices to ensure your teaching remains current and relevant. Support and guide learners, helping them overcome challenges and reach their full potential. Engage in continuous professional development to maintain teaching and industry expertise. Requirements (Skills / Qualifications / Experience): Must hold an NVQ Level 1-3 in Bricklaying . Trade experience in bricklaying is essential. Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in education. Commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and productive workshop environment.
