Why This Role is Right for You As eCommerce Marketing Specialist , you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Milan . In this role you’ll be part of a team that is driving innovation and delivering exceptional solutions to our customers. About Your Future Role In this position, you will: Own eCom Marketing Proposition for the different target segments, identify area of improvement and recommend actions; you will be the main point of contact for Sales teams and other stakeholders to funnel GTM through the selling channels Develop the ongoing communications strategy, positioning and messaging of eCom products and features and lead all related marketing deliverables Work closely with Product, Design and Operations team to represent our customers’ needs and influence and impact new product definition Analyze both external and internal data (BU or customer analytics) to turn them into usable information and suggest more targeted business decisions Collaborate with Offer and Pricing, Communication, Partnership teams and subject matter experts to surface market insights and customer success stories, aligning to ensure consistency in brand identity and narratives and to produce inspiring marketing programs Manage and coordinate marketing projects, supporting the execution and driving collaboration with the stakeholders by leveraging the right internal processes Track and evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, report on results and optimize future campaigns Monitor competitions and market trends, evaluating implications identifying risks and opportunities What Makes You a Great Fit We’re looking for someone eager to make a difference.
