Country Manager F/M

Join to apply for the Country Manager F/M role at CAP INGELEC . Part of the CAP INGELEC group, you will oversee building and developing our Italian subsidiary in terms of resources and organization to handle design and build local projects. Reporting directly to the Regional Director, your responsibilities will include: Ensuring the development and management of CAP INGELEC Italy entity; Organizing tasks, allocating projects, developing teams and their skills, and ensuring the quality of the unit's output; Playing a sales role with active customers to identify new turnkey projects; Drawing up commercial proposals aligned with the Offering; Validating the entity's invoicing and estimates monthly; Disseminating know-how, technical knowledge, and company culture; Participating in raising staff awareness of quality and acting as Contract Manager for large-scale projects. Profile Graduated from a major engineering school, specializing in civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering, with at least 10 years of experience in technical design and build projects, ideally as a Project Director. You have significant experience in the construction sector, an entrepreneurial mindset, and have managed projects with high technical added value (e.g., Datacenter, Cleanroom, Food, Wine and Spirit, Critical Infrastructures). Recognized for managerial skills, you excel in managing intercultural projects. You speak Italian, English, and ideally French.
