Job Title : Associate - Talent Acquisition ( IT Recruiter Immediate Joiners preferred KRAs Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle for a wide range of IT /Technology opening Operate as a partner and strategic advisor to hiring managers and candidates May additionally work on hiring in Operations, Customer support, support function etc Provide a seamless and transparent recruiting experience for all parties Find talent using tools such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Social Media, Referrals etc Candidate Engagement and Management Act as a representative and champion of the Alight bran Support in MIS and routine process related activitie We are looking for people who ha Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in IT Recruitment /Tech Hiring .
