Experience - 8 to 12 years Education - Post Graduate (Materials Management/ Operations Management) Location - Vadodara Key Roles/Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for cost effective procurement of all indigenous and imported materials on time 2. Ensure Material fulfillment supports financial performance, Revenue, Cost, Profit 3. Monitor & improve vendor development, Cost Tracking & Control Processes 4. Negotiation with Vendors/suppliers to ensure procurement is done at minimum cost & Vendor Development 5. Strategic Sourcing & Purchases (local & import) - Global Sourcing of all chemicals and raw materials to develop alternative vendors. Work with other locations like Sri Lanka, Ansa Deco to develop products for local & import substitution for de-risking, cost reduction and quality improvements 6. Cost reduction in total supply chain 7. Implement quality systems in purchasing and vendor sites 8. Responsible for development and implementation of supplier specific strategies to drive performance for assigned supplies on quality, delivery and cost objectives 9. Manage supplier performance and ensure supply chain performance to the highest standards 10. Develop and maintain supplier contracts purchases. 11. Closely monitoring the activity of all subordinates and helping whenever required in resolving all issues to ensure timely delivery of materials to concerned department 12. Conducting Reviews for ensuring smooth Material planning and prompt execution 13. Cost Reduction by localizing Imported Goods, Second Source, 14. Responsible for Training the subordinates on subjects to ensure better output and growth of employees 15. Use of IT systems for tracking the material supply
