Job Description As a Support Specialist, you will leverage your industry understanding and domain expertise to recognize key trends impacting the clients, identify transformation levers, design or contribute to the next generation IT-led solutions, and facilitate solution deployment. You may be part of or lead a small to medium sized team in this context. Additionally, you will also work on sales pursuits and market development activities, thought leadership tasks and other org-wide initiatives Role and Key Responsibilities Troubleshooting and Analysis: Perform troubleshooting, analysis, research, and resolution using advanced query and programming skills Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues effectively Communication: Communicate the overall status and health of applications to business lines and management Monitoring and Improvement: Look for areas of improvement in monitoring, application stability, and speed of determining root cause System Performance: Test and validate system performance to ensure optimal operation Incident Management: Handle incident and problem management, ensuring timely resolution of issues Collaboration: Work with other technical teams to resolve infrastructure-related problems Leadership: Provide support and mature leadership to a team of IT professionals Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and processes Training and Supervision: Train and supervise production workers, ensuring they meet job expectations Required (Mandatory) Experience Level: 5 Years having Production Support Requirement Should have prior experience on leading teams in 24*7 Production Support Environment Technical Skills: Hands on experience on Unix/Linux, SQL & Oracle or any other relational Database Excellent written and verbal communication skills Required (Good to Have) Experience in driving meetings / workshops with senior business stakeholders Conversant with design-thinking based, agile lightweight approaches such as customer personas, customer journeys, story maps etc. Experience with working in Production Support engagements for Financial Banking Clients Education Qualifications Graduation – Engineering.
