Available on Connected TVs, Mobile (Android & iOS), Web, Streaming Devices, and STB s, our platform delivers high-quality entertainment to engaged audiences. We are now building a high-impact digital ad sales te am to bring in business fro m direct clients and media agenci es. What You Will Be Doing: Business Development & Revenue Growth Identify and onboard brands, advertisers, and media agencies relevant to our audience. Develop a sales strategy that goes beyond traditional ad placements focusing on high-impact, non-intrusive brand integrations. Sell Live TV sponsorships, CTV ad placements, native advertising, and innovative brand collaborations. Bring fresh , creative monetization i deas that add value to brands and enhance the viewer experience. Building Strong Client & Agency Relationships. Build and nurture long-term partnerships with direct brands and media agencies. Understand advertisers’ needs and help them leverage our platform with customized brand experiences. Stay update d on OTT advertising t rends and share insights to position our platform as a premium ad destination. Selling Unique Ad Formats & Inventory Move b eyond standa rd ads- sell sponsored content, in-content brand placements, native-ads and immersive storytelling-based ads. Focus on high-value inventory su ch as LiveTV sponsorships on CTV, which is a growing space. Collaborate with content & product teams to explore seamless brand integrations that don’t disrupt the user experience. Data-Driven Selling & Performance Optimization. Use audience insights and viewership data to create high-impact pitches for brands. Track campaign performance, engagement rates, and ROI, providing valuable insights to clients. Work closel y with ad operations & tech teams to ensure seamless execution and campaign optimization. What We Are Looking For 0-4 years of ex perience in digital ad sales, media sales, business development, or a related role. A creative thinker who can sell smarter, not just harder. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Passion for storytelling-based brand s olutions and new-age advertising. Knowledge of OTT advertising, CTV, and digital medi a buying is not mandatory but it definitely would be a plus. Experience working with brands, agencies, or ad networks is a bonus. (Internship experience will also be counted). Understanding of digital marketing would surely be an advantage.
